Welcome to The Tree Organic Wellness & Spa, located at 131 Cypress St, Brookline, MA 02445. By booking an appointment, purchasing products, or using any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Services Offered

Thai Mongkol Massage & Spa offers a range of professional massage therapies, spa treatments, and wellness services. All services are performed by certified and trained therapists. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

2. Appointments & Booking

• Booking: Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.
• Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in, completing any necessary forms, and to begin your treatment on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time to avoid delaying subsequent appointments, and the full service fee will still apply.
• Health Information: For your safety and to ensure the best possible treatment, clients are required to disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or medications during booking and prior to any service. Our professionals will conduct a brief consultation. Failure to disclose may result in cancellation of service if it's deemed unsafe.
• Right to Refuse Service: The Tree Organic Wellness & Spa reserves the right to refuse or terminate services to anyone at our discretion, particularly if we believe it may jeopardize the safety or well-being of our staff or other clients, or if a client violates our policies.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
• Cancellations made with less than the required notice, or no-shows, will be subject to a 50% of the service cost or a flat fee cancellation fee.
• For package deals or gift certificates, late cancellations or no-shows may result in the forfeiture of one service from the package or the value of the gift certificate for that missed appointment.

4. Payment Policy

• Payment for services and products is due at the time of service or purchase.

• To ensure a relaxing experience for all guests, we request that noise be kept to a minimum. Please silence your mobile phones upon entering the spa.
• Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times. Specific services may have age restrictions.
• The Tree Organic Wellness & Spa is a smoke-free and alcohol-free environment.
• We are not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings. Please keep your valuables with you or leave them at home.

6. Health & Safety Disclaimer

• The services provided at The Tree Organic Wellness & Spa are for relaxation and general wellness purposes. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
• Clients with specific health concerns, medical conditions, or who are pregnant should consult their physician before receiving any spa treatments.
• We are not liable for any adverse reactions or injuries resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow post-treatment care instructions.

7. Product Returns

• Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt for a full refund or exchange.
• Opened or used products are generally non-refundable unless there is a proven defect or allergic reaction, in which case we will assess on a case-by-case basis.
